BREAKFAST CLUB FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

This program will encourage senior citizens in the community to get together regularly and fellowship through various social activities including but not limited to games like bingo and chess, pool, checkers, knitting, dancing and scrap booking.  It is our belief that brain stimulating activities not only develop thinking power and provide entertainment but also help to maintain youthfulness 

WELLNESSS CENTER

We plan to promote healthy lifestyle habits such as strength training, cardio vascular fitness and nutrition consultations designed to meet the needs of a wide variety of community members.  As we work to develop this program it will be our goal to build an awareness of overall health and well being which can be incorporated into the daily routine of all participants.
