Our goal is to develop academic and athletic excellence through mentoring while providing students with leadership skills characteristic of becoming outstanding and productive citizens within the community.

OUR FORMULA IS SIMPLE

Hard Work +Great Fundamentals + Good Character = GREAT ATHLETES

ACADEMICS

The foundation of the program will be based on student achievement in reading, math and writing.  Key components will include diagnostic assessment, strategy/skill development and progress monitoring.  Tutorials based on individual need and current trends in research will provide interventions as well as enrichment for all students.  Instruction will be offered to prepare students for increased achievement on standardized assessments including FCAT, ACT and SAT.

SKILL

While winning is important to any athlete, it should not come at the expense of lacking skills.  We will work specifically on helping our student athletes to develop skills as team players and as multi-talented individual athletes.  Strength and conditioning will be incorporated into the program as a critical component to improve the student athlete’s health while preventing injuries.

COMMITMENT

The students will be encouraged and motivated to develop a personal commitment to all aspects of the program.  It is our philosophy that commitment is required to meet any challenge.  Our definition for commitment means giving one hundred percent during all activities.  Expectations will be high for all participants and recognition will be given to those who exhibit excellence in areas of importance.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

The community is important and we believe it is the backbone of our foundation.  We will offer continuous support where ever feasible through a variety of methods including but not limited to donations, participation, attendance and allegiance to community events.
